Every club needs volunteers. That is what makes a club special.

Thanks to all our great volunteers that did extraordinary work in the difficult year that was 2020. However, for 2021 we do need many more volunteers.

As we get closer to 2021 Fingallians GAA would like you to think, could I help out?

With the number of children involved in the club growing the need for coaches is bigger than ever. If you’ve played Football, Hurling or Camogie previously your experience is needed by the club to help our future Fingallians Stars learn the skills of Gaelic Games. If you’re a parent or if you currently or previously have played for Fingallians we need your experience. This could be assisting with coaching sessions or shaping coaching structures for the future within the club.

Am I a parent of a child in the club or a supporter of Fingallians who has skills the club needs?

With the growing numbers there are many other ways you can help out in the club. In these difficult times funding is key to providing and maintaining facilities for all our young people to participate in sport.

Apart from coaching there are many other ways to help out. Examples include helping in Nursery, Academy, administration, Providing Sponsorship, Information technology, Communications, Fundraising, etc. This is not an exhaustive list of what the club needs

When parents get involved children stay involved.

Usually in a club it’s the same people who keep on giving each year.Volunteering in the club is a great way to get to know people in your local community.
